I recently visited this bakery and unfortunately, the experience fell short. The portions felt overpriced for what you actually get, and when I asked for an Italian cream cake, I was told it had been frozen. Even after it thawed out, the cake was still disappointingly dry. On top of that, the customer service didn’t help. The staff member seemed more interested in watching a video on her phone than assisting me, which made the entire experience feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. It took quite a while for her to ring me up, and I felt like her attention was completely elsewhere. Overall, I’d recommend they improve their focus on customer service and maybe revisit how they store and serve their cakes.

Completely ruined our birthday experience. I ordered a cake for a special birthday, and the lady told me she would call when it's ready. Nobody ever called. I went to pick it up before they close at 5:30 and arrived at 5:20 to find the building closed and lights off. Very unprofessional. Don't rely on this place for anything more than an overpriced cookie.

Charlee and the Cookie Factory made the perfect cookie cake for my daughters’ birthday celebration! It was delicious, beautifully decorated, and a huge hit with everyone. Even after I mixed up the date and time, Charlee still made sure it was delivered to the event. Her kindness and top-notch service truly saved the day. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

What a great little spot we discovered today! The variety and decisions are endless for your sweet tooth. Cookies, ice cream, edible cookie dough, cheesecake and more (see posted pics). Next to Quenchies, where we just became regulars! Will definitely go back for quick fix at reasonable price.

When you walk in you will smell nothing but yummy goodies! From cakes and cookies to pretzels 🥨 and chocolates! The ladies were icing cupcakes 🧁 in the back in view! So neat! My son enjoyed watching!! We then took a good while looking around at the different goodies while we waiting on my sons freshly made, salted pretzel! I got the cookie scraps! Both were yummy! Bring the family!
